We provide guidance and support to individuals seeking opportunities and assistance. Our services include help with job, university, and bursary applications, CV compilation, interview preparation, and vacancy verification. We also offer case referrals to rehabilitation centres, beneficiary registration and follow-ups, and work closely with stakeholders and LDAC to ensure effective support and continuity of care.
Skills Development
We equip individuals with essential computer and life skills to improve employability and personal growth. Our training covers basic computer literacy, Microsoft Office applications, email and internet use, as well as life skills such as effective writing, communication, time management, problem-solving, personal development, teamwork, and understanding the world of work.
Entrepreneurial Development
We support aspiring entrepreneurs through practical business workshops, seminars, and master classes. Our programmes provide access to business databases, funding information sessions, and career expos, helping individuals develop sustainable ideas, connect with opportunities, and grow successful enterprises.
Social Program
We run youth-focused outreach initiatives aimed at awareness, prevention, and positive engagement. Our social programmes include community campaigns, the Breaking the Chain event, and structured school holiday programmes that provide safe spaces, education, and empowerment for young people.
Technical Development
We offer accredited carpentry and furniture-making training designed to build practical and industry-ready skills. The programme covers woodworking machinery, advanced joinery, finishing and surface treatment, site carpentry, health and safety, and essential business skills to support sustainable careers in the trade.
Aftercare Programmes
Our aftercare programme supports individuals in recovery by providing accredited PSIRA Grade E, D, and C security training, as well as Code 10 learner and driver’s licence training. These programmes are designed to improve employability, promote independence, and support successful reintegration into society.
